Shipping Info
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location, but we’ve got you covered! All orders are shipped via standard Australia Post, unless otherwise specified. If you’re too excited to wait, we also offer express delivery at checkout.
For our friends across the Tasman, in New Zealand, we have an estimated 4-10 business days turnaround after dispatch and an estimated 6-10 business day turnaround for the rest of the world!
We would also recommend checking if there are any delivery delays in your location here.
We can’t have odd socks running around unchecked! So when your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with any tracking information we have! You can use this to track your package on the Australia Post website.

If you haven’t received this email then it is most likely that your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. But don’t worry, we’re on it! In periods of unusually high demand, it may take a few days for your order to be dispatched. You can always check the dispatch date on the product page, sometimes if an item is in high demand there might be a bit of a wait on dispatch.

We work quickly and unless specified otherwise we aim to get orders processed within a day or two! If you’re on the ball and catch us before we send your order out we can usually change it for you. Unfortunately, if we’re too quick for you then you will have to go through our returns process.
We will always do our best to deliver a superior product, that is why we are confident with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. However in the unfortunate event of you receiving damaged or incorrect goods, please refer to our returns policy.
The last thing we want to do is leave you in the dark! Upon purchase, you should receive a confirmation email, and once your order has been processed you will receive another confirmation email with tracking that you can follow until your order has been delivered. If you haven’t received these check your junk or spam folders and if you still can’t find them email us directly at hello@swankysocks.com and we will sort that out for you!
We work quickly! Contact us directly through hello@swankysocks.com. If you catch us before we process your order then we should be able to cancel it. However, if it has already been despatched you will have to go through our returns policy.
We accept most international currencies and you can change what currency is displayed when browsing our products. You can change this via the currency converter in the upper right-hand corner of your browser.
Returns
We love to boast our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for our socks! We’re so confident you’ll love our socks so much that if you don’t, we will give you a full refund on your first pair purchased from swankysocks.com. To be eligible for a full refund on your first pair minus shipping costs you have 21 days from your purchase date to contact us.
- Take a picture of the socks you are not happy with and send it to us at hello@swankysocks.com along with your order number, name, and reason why you’re not satisfied and would like a refund.
- You will receive a confirmation email from our service team acknowledging your email and notifying you whether your refund is being processed.
- Upon confirmation of your refund simply send us back the socks and as soon as we have them back we will finish processing your refund.

We love to give you, our customers, great deal whenever we can! However, while campaigns are running there are a few general conditions to keep in mind:
