Kidney Health x SwankySocks

The Swanky Socks x Kidney Health Australia campaign is now complete. During November, Kidney Health Australia asked all Australians to pull on a pair of red socks and run, roam, or ride 60km to raise awareness and funds to support those living with kidney disease. A debilitating disease that affects around 1.7 million Aussies. Why 60km? This mirrors the average number of hours kidney disease patients might spend on a dialysis machine each month.
